These options are entirely in your control and the game itself will not modify how Sims appear in your world. These options provide expanded opportunities to customize your Sims’ style and story. New options are now available when creating or modifying your Sims. We’ve got some changes happening… and so without any caveating, let’s jump into… The patch allows players to customize a Sim's gender in greater depth and allows previously gender-specific assets to be used by any Sims regardless of gender.
The 34th patch for The Sims 4 was released on June 2, 2016.
